Who cooks in your home?

My name is Guillermo and I come from a family with deep Valencian roots. After living in several countries and working in kitchens around the world, I found that in cooking the best move is to return to the traditional: quality ingredients and unprocessed produce.

In Valencia I spent years teaching visitors from all over the world to cook traditional paella. Today I offer a bilingual service (Spanish and English), ideal for family gatherings, corporate events or international guests.

Three ways to enjoy a paella

From catering at your home to the masterclass where you do the cooking. Choose the one that fits your celebration.

  • Catering at your home

    Private chef, live cooking, setup, clean-up and travel included. From 1 to more than 100 guests.

  • Masterclass and experiences

    A small-group workshop where you cook your own paella from start to finish, indoors on induction or in the garden over gas.

  • Large events

    Live showcooking for weddings, team-building and celebrations. Custom quote based on the number of guests.

How it works

From first enquiry to the last glass

Booking is simple, and we confirm within 24 hours.

  1. Send your details

    Fill in the form with the date, number of guests, the location, the cooking setup (induction, ceramic or gas) and any allergies or dietary needs.

  2. Confirmation

    We check the calendar and reply within 24 hours.

  3. 50% deposit

    Once the booking is agreed we send a secure link to pay 50% and hold the date.

  4. On the day

    The remaining 50% is paid on the day of the event, once the service is finished.
