My name is Guillermo and I come from a family with deep Valencian roots. After living in several countries and working in kitchens around the world, I found that in cooking the best move is to return to the traditional — to quality ingredients and unprocessed produce.

In Valencia I spent years teaching visitors from all over the world to cook traditional paella. That experience is what lets me offer a bilingual service today in Spanish and English — ideal for local family gatherings, corporate events or international guests.

For me, paella is the memory of childhood, of family gathering, of celebrating around a table. With PaellaXCasa I bring that tradition and that authentic flavour straight to your home.
